be at work / real weddings

{Real Wedding} Blue Skies, Pink Flowers, Red Buses.

Well……
It’s real wedding time again. And not just any {real wedding}…..
it’s another BE real wedding.

Now we had planned to share this wedding much sooner but WordPress has been a bit of a ‘mare of late.. but better late than never!
It’s one of our best weddings from this year…….. A Jubilee weekend, London themed extravaganza at two beautiful venues: Glasgow Cathedral and Glenbervie House Hotel.

Nikki & Stuart.
AKA……Mr & Mrs McBeard. We actually HEART you. A lot.

When Nikki got in touch with us back at the start of the year to ask if we could help on the day, we knew it was going to be one of those weddings where folk say WOW.
Double decker buses, cakes of cheese, a Sassi Holford gown, 2 sparkly dancefloors, a million tea lights, and a surprise pair of tartan trews. YES Please!
All these wee things, plus much, much, much more, made for a SPECTACULAR {capitals necessary} day.
Now everyone knows I love a list and am a bit of an organisational freak…
so you can imagine how delighted I was to have a Bride who sent me lists and powerpoints and instructions…. DELIGHTED.
Mrs McBeard is now a firm friend of Be and we are chuffed to bits to have been a part of such a funfilled, wonderful wedding day!!!!!
I miss my regular email updates from Nikki which never failed to make me laugh. {Ushers… make sure they just ush}.

So sa….wooooooon a little over these pics from Neils & Ali of Blue Sky Photography.
{heart them, for they are amazing}.

What a couple.  That dance. Stuart wearing the Tartan trews soooo well. LOVED it.

And, if the pictures are not enough, have a wee look at the trailer from our favourite film making lads over at Cinemate Films :

So there you go, gorgeousness all round and a day that will remain one of our favs.
Mr & Mrs McBeard you properly ROCKED.

And the top team who made it all happen were:
Glenbervie House Hotel – loveliest of venues & fabulous staff.
Glasgow Cathedral – gorgeous setting for the ceremony
Blue Sky Photography – such a fun couple to work with!
Planet Flowers were on floral duties. {those centrepieces…AMAZING
Anne Marie McElroy
{who stepped in for us at the last minute, saved the hair day and was an all round SUPERSTAR.}.
Cinemate Films the movie guys. {heart them}.
The Red Bus transported the guests from Glasgow to Glenbervie in style!
Callanish – this band can fairly belt out a tune!
Jordana Events changed the look of Glenbervie with her fabric draping.
Blue Parrot Events provided the sparkly dancefloors.
The Cheese Shed – cakes of cheese. Yes please.
Smilebooth – Photobooth fun.
And then there was us, Be Eventful… running the show and LOVING every second of it.

Love Nikki x
